नई दिल्ली | सुप्रीम काेर्ट ने बांबे हाईकाेर्ट के जज एए कुरैशी को मप्र हाईकाेर्ट का चीफ जस्टिस बनाने की कॉलेजियम की सिफारिश पर केंद्र सरकार को 14 अगस्त तक निर्णय लेने के अादेश दिए हैं। चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन जजाें की बेंच ने शुक्रवार काे मामले की सुनवाई की। गुजरात हाई काेर्ट अधिवक्ता संघ द्वारा दायर जनहित याचिका में जस्टिस कुरैशी पर शीर्ष काेर्ट के कॉलेजियम की 10 मई की सिफारिश पर केंद्र को कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश देने की मांग की गई है।
