रूस पर कोरोना वैक्सीन फार्मूला चुराने का आरोप

एक ओर जहाँ विश्व कोरोना महामारी को लेकर जूझ रहा है,पूरी दुनिया के वैज्ञानिक,डॉक्टर और रिसर्चर कोरोना वायरस की वैक्सीन की खोज में लगे हैं। वहीं इस सब के बीच धीरे-धीरे कोरोना से निपटने की इस लड़ाई में आरोप-प्रत्यारोपों का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया है। इसी कड़ी में अमेरिका और ब्रिटेन ने कोरोना वायरस को लेकर एक सनसनीखेज आरोप लगाया है। इन दोनों देशों ने कनाडा के साथ मिलकर रुस की ख़ुफ़िया एजेंसियों के लिए काम करने वाले ग्रुप Cozy Bear रिसर्च संस्थान पर “इंटेलेक्चुअल प्रॉपर्टी” (बौद्दिक सम्पदा) चुराने का आरोप लगाया है। इन तीनो देशों का कहना है की रूस मेडिकल संगठनों और यूनिवर्सिटी पर साइबर हमले कर रिसर्च चुराने की कोशिश कर रहा है जिससे की वह सबसे पहले या इनके साथ ही कोरोना वैक्सीन विकसित कर पाए। वहीँ रूस ने इन आरोपों का सिरे से खंडन किया है।तीनो देशों ने एक सयुंक्त बयान जारी कर दावा किया कि APT29 (Cozy Bear) नाम के हैकिंग ग्रुप ने अभियान छेड़ रखा है हालाँकि ये साइबर हमले कहाँ किये गए इस बारे में अभी कोई जानकारी नहीं दी गयी है, लेकिन माना जा रहा है की फार्मासिटिकल और ऐकडेमिक संस्थानों को निशाना बनाया गया है।

गौरतलब है की कोरोना वायरस वैक्सीन बनाने में अनेकों देशों में एक होड़ सी नज़र आ रही है जिससे की सबसे पहले वैक्सीन बनाने में बाजी मारी जा सके।
