उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग ने बोर्ड परीक्षा परिणाम से असंतुष्ट छात्र छात्राओं के लिए बड़े निर्देश जारी किए हैं, परिषदीय परीक्षा वर्ष 2021 के परीक्षा फल निर्माण प्रक्रिया में प्राप्त अंकों से असंतुष्ट परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा देने का विकल्प दिया है और समस्त मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारियों को 13-09-2021 तक आवेदन पत्र परिषद कार्यालय में जमा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
निर्देशों में कहा गया है कि उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद की हाईस्कूल एवं इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा वर्ष 2021 कोविड-19 महामारी के कारण संपादित नहीं करवाई जा स्की, वर्ष 2021 में परिषदीय परीक्षा हेतु पंजीकृत परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा फल निर्धारण हेतु शासनादेश संख्या 455/xxiv-B-5/2021-03(01)/2020 माध्यमिक शिक्षा अनुभाग-5 देहरादून दिनांक 3 जुलाई 2021 द्वारा परीक्षाफल निर्माण हेतु प्रक्रिया निर्धारित की गई जिसके आधार पर परिषदीय परीक्षा 2021 का परीक्षाफल निर्गत कर दिया गया है। उक्त शासनादेश के पैरा 8 में निर्देशित किया गया है कि-
उक्त प्रक्रिया के अनुसार जिन परीक्षार्थियों का परीक्षा फल घोषित किया जाएगा यदि वे उक्तवत प्रक्रिया से प्राप्त अंको से संतुष्ट नहीं होते हैं तो उन्हें परीक्षा देने का विकल्प भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- परीक्षा देने हेतु परीक्षार्थियों को आवेदन पत्र उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप पर परीक्षा फल घोषित होने के एक माह के अंदर अपने विद्यालय/ संस्थाध्यक्ष के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत करना होगा
- आवेदन पत्र उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद रामनगर की वेबसाइट www.ubse.uk.gov.in के बोर्ड एग्जामिनेशन आइकन से डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त किया जा सकता है
- परीक्षार्थियों द्वारा परीक्षा का विकल्प देने की स्थिति में परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों को अंतिम मानते हुए परीक्षार्थी को अंक प्रदान कर परीक्षार्थी का संशोधित परीक्षा फल घोषित किया जाएगा
- परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों की अंकना परीक्षार्थी के प्रमाण पत्र 6 अंक पत्र में की जाएगी भले ही परीक्षार्थी के अंक पूर्व में परीक्षाफल निर्माण प्रक्रिया में प्रदान किए गए अंको से कम या अधिक क्यों ना हो
- परीक्षा देने की स्थिति में है उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा पूर्व में जारी प्रमाण पत्र से अंकपत्र को परीक्षार्थी से वापस प्राप्त कर उसे निरस्त करते हुए परीक्षार्थी को नया प्रमाण पत्र शह अंकपत्र जारी किया जाएगा
- परीक्षा समस्त विषयों के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी परीक्षार्थी को समस्त विषयों की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना होगा अर्थात यदि परीक्षार्थी ने हाई स्कूल में 6 विषयों के साथ आवेदन किया है तो उसे समस्त छह विषयों की परीक्षा में तथा इंटरमीडिएट के परीक्षार्थी को पांच विषयों एवं कृषि वर्ग भाग-2 के परीक्षार्थी को छह विषयों के साथ परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना होगा
- किसी भी परिस्थिति में विनियम के अंतर्गत आने वाले परीक्षार्थियों के अतिरिक्त अन्य संस्थागत व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों के एकल विषयों के आवेदन पत्र अग्रसारित ना किए जाएं
- स्थितियां सामान्य होने पर उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद रामनगर नैनीताल द्वारा परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी परीक्षा की तिथियों एवं परीक्षा केंद्र के विषय में यथा समय विद्यालय के माध्यम से परीक्षार्थी को अवगत कराया जाएगा।
- समस्त प्रधानाध्यापक/ प्रधानाचार्य परीक्षा का विकल्प देने वाले परीक्षार्थियों से 31-8- 2021 तक आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त कर अग्रसारित करते हुए दिनांक 4 सितंबर 2021 तक खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा करेंगे खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी दिनांक 8 सितंबर 2021 तक आवेदन पत्र मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा करेंगे मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय से दिनांक 13 सितंबर 2021 तक आवेदन पत्र परिषद कार्यालय में जमा किए जाएंगे।
