उत्तराखंड राज्य समेत देश के 5 राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव के तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है। मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त सुशील कुमार ने प्रेसवार्ता कर पांचों राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव के तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया है जिसके बाद से ही इन पांचों राज्यों में आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो गई है। निर्वाचन आयोग की ओर से किए गए तारीखों के ऐलान के तहत उत्तराखंड राज्य में 14 फरवरी को एक चरण में मतदान कराया जाएगा। तो वहीं, सभी राज्यों में 7 चरणों में मतदान संपन्न होंगे।
मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त सुशील कुमार ने प्रेसवार्ता कर कहा कि उत्तराखंड राज्य में 70 विधानसभा सीटों पर चुनाव होना है। चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार पिछले दो सालों से कोरोना संक्रमण की दस्तक के बाद से चुनाव कराने में दिक्कतें आ रही है। चुनाव कराना आयोग के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती बनी हुई है। कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट ओमिक्रोन के चलते चुनौती और अधिक बढ़ रही है। हालांकि, दिसंबर महीने में आयोग ने सभी राज्यों का दौरा किया था। इस दौरान अधिकारियों और पॉलिटिकल पार्टियो से बातचीत की थी। इसके बाद सभी राज्यो में 5 जनवरी को मतदाताओं की सूची जारी की जा चुकी है।
उत्तराखंड राज्य में 5 जनवरी को प्रकाशित हुई अन्तिम मतदाता सूची के अनुसार राज्य में 81.43 लाख मतदाता हैं। इस वर्ष इसमें 1.98 लाख नए महिला और 1.06 लाख पुरुष मतदाता जुड़े हैं। 18 से 19 वर्ष की आयु के मतदाताओं की संख्या 1.10 लाख है, जबकि 80 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के 1.43 लाख मतदाता हैं। दिव्यांग मतदाताओं की संख्या 66,648 हो गई है, जबकि सर्विस मतदाता 93,935 हैं। उत्तराखंड में वोट डालने के लिए मतदाताओं को एक घंटे का अतिरिक्त समय मिलेगा। मतदान अब सुबह आठ से शाम छह बजे तक चलेगा।
चुनाव के तारिखों के मुख्य बिंदु…….
1 – 21 जनवरी को जारी होगा विधानसभा चुनाव का नोटिफिकेशन।
2 – 28 जनवरी होगी नॉमिनेशन की अंतिम तिथि।
3 – 29 जनवरी को होगी नॉमिनेशन की स्क्रूटनी।
4 – 31 जनवरी तक नामांकन वापस लेने की होगी तिथि।
5 – 14 फरवरी को होगा मतदान।
6 -10 मार्च को होगी काउंटिंग
